  • 500 grams of boneless chicken thighs
  • High On Chicken Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 ripped banana
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 cup spirit or lemon soda
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or white sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • oil

Directions:

Step 1:

  • Take a mixing bowl and add one ripped banana to it.
  • Then add tomato paste, vinegar, oil, brown sugar, onion powder, ginger powder, and garlic powder and mix them well.

Step 2:

  • Transfer this mixture to a saucepan, add water and bring them to a boil at medium-high flame
  • Stir them to combine.
  • Reduce to flame and stir until it is reduced to half and thickened.

Step 3:

  • Cut the boneless chicken thighs into halves and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Add salt, black pepper, High on Chicken Barbecue sauce, lemon juice, ginger powder, garlic powder, soya sauce, and spirit or lemon soda.
  • Massage the chicken thighs in this mixture.
  • Wrap the bowl and keep it inside the refrigerator minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

  • When it’s time to cook the chicken, combine the 2-3 tablespoons of banana ketchup that were set aside.
  • Then take out the marinated chicken thighs from the refrigerator.
  • Place them on metal skewers, folded in half with the rougher side outwards.
